Neil Jenman
Real estate consumer advocate and author.

In 1984, Neil opened a real estate office in the Sydney suburb of Auburn. The office was such a resounding success that, in 1993, he decided to concentrate full-time on presenting sales and management courses for the real estate industry.

His methods - which focused on ethics and client-care - became known as The Jenman System.

By 2000, Neil's public comments had turned  into a crusade on behalf of real estate consumers.

During the property boom of the early 2000s, Neil toured the country presenting his consumer lecture, The Inside Secrets of Real Estate. More than 65,000 people, from Darwin to Hobart, heard his warnings about the dangers of selling, buying or investing in property. The accuracy of his property predictions became well-known.

In 2005, Neil decided to focus on investigative writing, consumer advocacy and the not-for-profit Jenman Approved concept.

The idea for Real Estate Monitors and Referrals was borne out of the need to support Neil’s consumer protection efforts. Consumers now have access to Neil’s knowledge and experience BEFORE they make a property decision.

In almost all cases, Neil’s assistance to consumers (via the dedicated and trained team at Real Estate Monitors) is available FREE OF CHARGE.
